The Berndt Behind the Cookies
I’m Christine Berndt — a marketer by day, sports mom by night, and cookier by late-night.
What began as a Christmastime tradition and birthday party treats for my kids, quickly turned into a flourishing hobby, and I was soon sharing my custom cookies at holidays year round and even Monday meetings at the office. As a working mom of two kids in year-round sports, I have found that planning, baking, and decorating cookies provides a creative outlet and a moment of zen in my otherwise fast-paced life. It’s even better when I can share that moment with friends and family. Berndt Cookies is a creative experience, once just for “me,” that I’m thrilled to be sharing with all of you!
Here’s what you can expect:
Custom cookies. I love being a small part of your big days. Babies, birthdays, bridal events, thank yous — the reasons for cookies are endless! You will also see pre-sales and flash sales around major holidays that include gift sets and DIY kits.
DIY kits that are ready to decorate when you are — no prep work required! These are often available around holidays, but can be customized to order anytime and would make a great birthday party activity!
Social events and classes. Bringing people together is the true “why” behind Berndt Cookies. These started as a cherished “ladies night in” with my friends and I think all of us could use them once in a while - no matter our stage of life. My cookie-decorating classes provide you and your friends or family some uninterrupted hours to catch up with each other while decorating cookies (without needing to invest in any of the hardware yourself).
